Avoid. Avoid. Cheap for a reason. On 5 August I ordered twelve identical prints of my newborn for £10 to send to older relatives who prefer a physical photo. It’s now 20 August and My-picture haven’t even despatched them. After complaining and asking for my money back, I got an email from the company which said that because they follow the German civil code they don’t need to refund me. Then they had to apologise again for getting information about my UPS delivery wrong. It’s only £10 but it’s the principle that bothers me.

Terrible buying experience..AVOID. Have not received my order that was promised to arrive before xmas and I have not received any communication to say that it wont arrive in time. Now my wife will not receive her surprise xmas present. No online chat agents available and can even send them an email as the website just hangs. SHOCKING.
