Do not under any circumstances rent this “studio”. The owners are not legit or reliable. They kept us - an indie film crew - hanging for two months, having promised that all our needs were doable, before canceling the collaboration as soon as we sent them a contract. Because of them, the entire shoot had to be pushed just 3 weeks before the start of production. Save yourself a lot of time, money, and frustration and DO NOT RENT POLYPHONY!
